How to Make an Easter Banner Using Toilet Paper Rolls
Learn how to turn empty toilet rolls into a banner with this step-by-step tutorial.
Soaking
Soak the tubes in water for 2-3 minutes or until the pieces separate. You will need 6 tubes for the Happy Easter banner.
Separating
Separate the pieces, then remove them from the water.
Folding
Fold the pieces in half, then let them dry completely.
Painting
Paint the dried cardboard in colors.
Drawing
