Start by running your glasses with warm water. This will remove the dust and initial build up on your lenses and frames.
Add a drop of Dawn dish soap on each lens. Use your thumb and index finger to rub it in. Move in a small circular motion across each lens. When you feel smudged, give those areas a little extra attention.
Avoid using sponges or scrubbers, as they could potentially damage the fragile coatings.
Wash the frame as well as they can get oily and dirty. Use Dawn dish soap to remove any grime and build-up.
