Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz package stove top stuffing mix
  • 1 tsp fresh minced parsley

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside. Next, combine a 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of chicken broth, and minced garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir until combined. Set it aside. Now, lay the chicken breasts in the prepared casserole dish and sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. After this, layer the Swiss cheese over, then pour the soup mixture and spread evenly.

Step 2

Add the stuffing mix over, then pour 1/2 cup melted butter to the top. Once done, cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and place in the preheated 350 degrees F oven. Bake for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the top is browned and the chicken is cooked through.
