Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 1/3 tbsp sugar
  • 7 1/3 oz milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • cocoa powder

Directions:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, strain 3/4 cup of cornstarch, then add 2 1/3 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well. Next, add 7 1/3 oz milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Whisk until the cornstarch is no longer visible. After this, transfer the milk mixture to a saucepan over low heat and stir it constantly.

Step 2

Next, stir in 1 1/2 tbsp melted unsalted butter and just continue to stir until you form a dough-like consistency. Once done, transfer the dough to your working surface and divide it into 15 equal pieces. Form each piece into balls and set them aside. Continue this until you finish the mixture. After this, dust some cocoa powder over the milk balls. Serve and enjoy!
