Looking for a simple, clean, and healthy snack? Here’s a super easy tomato avocado salad by The Stay At Home Chef. No need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen with this recipe. It’s a great go-to meal for lazy days. The dressing, on the other hand, is phenomenal. It’s clean and refreshing perfect with fruits and vegetables.
Note: If you don’t like cilantro, you can use parsley or basil

Add diced avocados, halved tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and minced cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
Pour 3 tablespoons of honey into a small microwave-safe mixing bowl. Place inside the microwave and melt for about 10 seconds. Next, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and gently toss to combine until everything is well coated. Make sure not to mash your avocados. Transfer the salad to your serving dish if preferred.
Place in the refrigerator until it’s ready to serve. Take note that they won’t stay good for too long because of the avocados. Enjoy!
