Instructions:

Step 1:

Make the flower pattern. Draw a flower with 4 big petals that are close to each other on a thick piece of paper.

Step 2:

Fold the fabric in half then place the round pattern and cut. Do not fold it several times as it may be hard to cut. Cut some more petals.

Step 3:

Hold several pieces of round chiffon in your hands and fold them in half. Cut on the top and bottom but not all the way through. After that, trim off a little bit of the tips. Next, fold it in half on the other side and do the same.

Step 4:

Burn the edge lightly so it will not fray. Make sure to be careful when doing this. Do the same for the others.

Step 5:

Twist the cutout petals to make the petals curly. You need 6 pieces of curly petals and 4 pieces of plain petals.

Step 6:

Get one piece of the plain petal, fold it in half and add a dab of glue on the bottom. Fold another one in half and stick the upper part of it. Continue doing this for the 3 remaining plain petals. Once done, roll it to make the center of the flower. Cut the bottom a little then burn the ends to secure.

Step 7:

Get one of the curly petals and attach the center to the middle of it. Add glue on the bottom parts of the petal and wrap around the center. Repeat the process but make sure you rotate the petals.
