Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F for 5 minutes. Once heated, grease the basket. Pat the chicken thighs dry and cut the excess skin away. Add the chicken thighs to a large zip-top bag or a bowl with a lid. Next, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper into the chicken. Shake the chicken until well coated with the seasonings.
Now, it’s time to cook them. Place the chicken thighs with the skin part down in the air fryer basket for 12 minutes. This allows the skin to render the fat without burning the skin too much. After the chicken thighs are cooked, flip them over and continue to cook for 4 minutes with an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. It will make the skin nice and crispy. Once done, serve on a plate while hot. Enjoy!
