It’s the most wonderful time of the year and I’m a big fan of fall – especially after suffering through an extremely hot summer.

I’ve been browsing Pinterest and looking at all of the fabulous ideas for fall DIYs to share.  I created this DIY project with my mom and it is already a big hit! We had a great time doing this project…some good Mother-Daughter time.

You can use these pumpkin succulent planters as the perfect centerpieces for your fall get togethers, they’re a fun way to dress up your desk at work, or are perfect to get in the spirit of the fall season around your house.

There is something to be said about making my own decor, especially when I can’t find what I am looking for in the stores.  If you don’t consider yourself crafty, then this easy pumpkin tutorial is  a perfect place to start. This is a great way to make something beautiful today!

Pumpkins are undoubtedly one of the most recognizable parts of both Halloween and autumn itself, right along with gourds, corn mazes, and leaves changing color. Pumpkins are in our pies, our coffee, we carve them and place them on the porch as decoration, add candles to make them glow, bake the seeds for a snack–the list goes on and on.

Watch how Caitlin does this cool pumpkin project in her step by step tutorial so you can get busy making these for your home!

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
