Love Margaritas? Margaritas are a big favorite in Texas and Strawberry Margaritas are gaining in popularity, so I really wanted to try this Strawberry Margarita recipe for my New Year’s Eve party and it was going to be so awesome when I give it a good old kick with some Patron Tequila! I love cocktails and party time all year round and I especially love cocktail and party time during the holidays! I am planning a little New Year’s Eve get-together now that Christmas is over and I was really kind of stuck trying to decide what drinks to serve. I had red and white wine for the wine-loving guests and some basic mixers for high ball drinks, but I wanted something unique that I could also use as a centerpiece for the bar area and my best friend sent me this wonderfully inventive Strawberry Margarita recipe. I immediately fell in love with this awesome cocktail idea and knew I had to make it. You only need a few simple ingredients to make these Strawberry Margaritas: Tequila, Triple Sec, the juice of 5 fresh limes, a carton of fresh strawberries, sugar, salt (for the rim of your glasses), and ice. I started my Strawberry Margaritas by first cutting the tops off of my strawberries and putting them in the blender with the juice of my fresh limes, and 2 tablespoons of pure cane sugar.
