Strawberry is just one of the most popular fruits all around the world. A lot of people love it, including me. I just can’t resist the sweet and sour taste, plus its crunchy texture. Dip it into melted chocolate, and you already have a wonderful treat at home! Aside from that, I like making them into jams. That’s why I am sharing this recipe by Little Strawberry Kitchen. It only has three ingredients, and I can assure you that your spread will turn out fantastic.
Get the strawberries and place them in a bowl. Fill it with water and washed the strawberries well to remove dirt. Once done, drain them well and cut the top part of each one.
Slice the strawberries into thin slices, then divide into two. Place them into two separate bowls.
Add one bowl of strawberries into a pot and blend using an immersion blender until it becomes smooth and free of lumps.

Add 2 3/4 cups of sugar to the pureed strawberries and mix well. Next, add the other bowl of strawberries.
Mix and place over low heat. Cook until the sugar dissolve. Continuously stir the mixture until bubbles form.
Increase the heat to high. Keep on stirring until the mixture thickens. Skim off foam. It should now have a very red color.
Slice one lemon and squeeze it into a bowl. Get 1 tablespoon of the juice and add to the strawberries. Mix until well combined.
Test the consistency of the strawberries by putting a small amount on a cold plate. Tilt the plate, and if it does not run smoothly, your strawberry jam is ready. Turn off the heat and let it cool for a while. You can store them in sterilized jars for later consumption.
