5-Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream Bread Recipe
When I saw Spork and Knifes Video to make Strawberry Bread from just three ingredients I couldn’t wait to try it. Who doesn’t love a minimal recipe for Bread! I’ve especially been loving strawberry flavors for the spring and summer months, and this bread is perfect for just that. Strawberry ice cream bread made the perfect addition to my breakfast because I used a healthy ice cream alternative to make it. You could even try using homemade ice cream. Strawberry Ice Cream Bread would make the perfect addition to any picnic, family gathering, or even just a quick on-the-go snack. Spork and Knife really nailed it with this recipe, and I’m so excited for you to try it!
Ingredients And Materials Needed For This Recipe:
- Strawberry Ice Cream
- All-Purpose Flour
- Baking Powder
- Butter
- Bread Pan

Directions:
Step One
Scoop ice cream into a bowl and mash out any frozen lumps.

Step Two
Add all-purpose flour to the ice cream and mix till a consistent texture is formed.
Step Three
Add in the baking powder while still mixing the flour into the ice cream. Mix the batter thoroughly, leaving no lumps.
Step Four
Butter your baking dish. In the video, Spork and Knife just uses a glass bread pan and greases thoroughly with butter.
Step Five
Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven.
