Start by preheating the oven to 350F and lining a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a large bowl, add the cake mix, 1 box of gelatin, vegetable oil, 1/2 cup of mashed strawberries, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Pour the cake batter into the prepared muffin pan.
Place inside the preheated oven and bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the cupcake.
Once done, let the cupcakes cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then remove them and allow to cool completely.
