Start by preheating the oven to 350F then spraying a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or lining it with a parchment paper.
Add the butter in a large heatproof bowl and melt in the microwave. Stir in the brown sugar, then let it cool to room temp. Once cooled, add the eggs and vanilla. Beat well using an electric mixer.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the butter mixture.
Stir in the cranberries and chopped chocolate. Spread the blondie batter into the prepared dish, then place inside the preheated oven. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Once done baking, let it cool completely.
Make the frosting. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer. Gradually add half of the melted white chocolate and mix until smooth. Spread the frosting over the completely cooled blondies. Sprinkle cranberries on top the drizzle the remaining melted white chocolate.
Cut into square bars, then each one at an angle. Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
