To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Next, in a large bowl, add the sliced granny smith apples, then add 3/4 cup dried cranberries, 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup gluten-free flour, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp spiced chai black tea concentrate. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats, 1 cup gluten-free flour, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, a pinch of ground black pepper, a pinch of salt, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup coconut oil.
