Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 cups of baby bella mushrooms, sliced thick
  • 1 package of farm rich Italian style meatballs
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 3/4 cups of beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp of sour cream (optional)

Directions:

Step 1

To start, prep and cut the ingredients accordingly, and put them in the slow cooker. Next, season them with salt, ground black pepper, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tsp Italian seasoning, and 1/2 tsp dried rosemary. After this, add the frozen meatballs, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 2 3/4 cups of beef broth. Mix everything together to combine.

Step 2

Once done,  cover the slow cooker with its lid, set it on high, and cook for three to four hours. After cooking, remove the meatballs from the slow cooker, transfer the liquid to a pot over the stove, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water to the liquid to thicken it up. After this, place the meatballs back and stir them, making sure they are coated well. Serve and enjoy!
