Step 1:

In a medium mixing bowl, add sweetened condensed milk, regular milk, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

Step 3:

Fill each ramekin up to the inner lip with the milk mixture.

Step 4:

Add the ramekins to the slow cooker. If you have a small slow cooker, you will have to stack and balance the ramekins carefully. You can add four at the bottom, then stack the remaining two on top. Fill the slow cooker with about an inch of water. Make sure not to pour anything in the ramekins.

Step 5:

Place the lid and cook on high for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They are ready when they begin to puff slightly on the edges and the center should be jiggly.

Step 6:

Using a pot holder, carefully remove the flans, and place them on a wire rack to cool in the fridge for 3 or more hours.

Step 7:

Once they are completely chilled, swirl a knife around the edge of the ramekin, and flip over on a serving plate to remove. Before serving, top each with whipped cream.
