- 1 lb of lean ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of cauliflower rice
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 3/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce
For the Greek yogurt blue cheese dressing:
- 3/4 cup of greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of mayo
- 2 garlic of crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of milk
- fat pinch of sea salt and black pepper
How to Make Chicken Buffalo Meatballs Using Slow Cooker
Step 1:
Start by preheating your oven to 350F and lining a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, cauliflower rice, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Gently mix everything together with your hands until well incorporated.
