If you have been eating green beans only steamed then you are missing out on a very delicious dish! Try roasting them instead and you will want them served that way forever. One of my favorite YouTubers Cooking With Claudia introduces yet another mouth-watering and savory recipe that is not only super easy and quick to prepare but also inexpensive. Who would have thought that you can improve the taste of an ordinary green bean with only a few seasonings? Well, now you do, so try it out and get ready to be beyond impressed. Wash and clean your green beans very well, then snip off their ends. Transfer them onto a sheet pan, then drizzle some oil all over them, season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning, but you can also use and substitute any seasoning you want. Sprinkle them with some parmesan cheese and plain Panko breadcrumbs as well, then toss them together until every green bean is well coated. Once it’s all nice and mixed in, arrange them all over the sheet pan in a single layer. Pop it in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and let it roast for about 20 minutes. Then, serve and enjoy!
