Smokin’ & Grillin’ wit AB really crushed it with this seafood mac and cheese recipe. It is so easy to make and delicious. Lately, I have been trying out lots of mac and cheese recipes from mac and cheese pizza to crockpot mac and cheese. When I stumbled on this amazing video I knew I just had to try it. It is best to use block cheese so you don’t get a film from shredded cheese.

Step Two
Melt your butter in a pan and add in 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook this mixture for 2-3 minutes then start adding the heavy whipping cream.
Step Three
Start adding the cheese to the sauce base. Add them in one handful at a time. Keep the sauce creamy so it’s not too thick before going into the oven.

Add the black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder to the sauce mixture. Add spices to taste
