  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1/2 garlic powder
  • 1/2 onion powder
  • chopped scallions and parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

To start, prep and chop your ingredients accordingly then set them aside. Next, in a preheated skillet, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, then add the sliced onions and sliced potatoes. Saute and cook them for about ten minutes over a medium-high heat. Next, season them with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. After this, add the sliced sausage. Season with 1/2 tsp Montreal chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix everything to combine, then place the lid on top. Lower the heat slightly and let it continue cooking for five to seven minutes.
