Have you guys heard of Superfina Champagne Bears? They are Gummy Bears imported from Germany and made with vintage Dom Perignon Champagne. Cosmopolitan Magazine called them “the perfect party favor gift” They come in flavors of classic Brut and sophisticated Rose and these grown-up gummies are the finest bears in all of Candyland. The Superfina Gummy retails for $8.95 for a 2.5 lb bag exclusively at Bergdorf Goodman and has a waiting list of over 18,000 people wanting the Rose All Day flavor, they are infused with real Rose Wine and make the perfect gift. So you can imagine my excitement when I found a duplicate Rose Gummy Bear Recipe on Youtube. I couldn’t wait to make them give to my beloved Sisters as gifts. I really could not believe how easy this recipe is to make. I started by pouring 300ml Rose Wine into a measuring cup and heated it up then added three packets of gelatine and stirred until it dissolved. The alcohol cooks off, so you can make these gummies non-alcoholic. Then I added about 4 tablespoons of sugar and a drop of red food coloring.

Like I was saying the alcohol cooks off and but if you prefer to add more of a kick to this gummy bear and have it a bit more akin to the jello shot family you add plain Vodka or Strawberry Vodka at this stage.

Then I poured the mixture into a little silicon bear mold I got from Michael’s Craft Store and refrigerated them till they hardened and they turned out so brilliantly! They just popped right out of their tray.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
