My favorite restaurants always serve these delicious bread dips that I go crazy for. I can easily finish the bread in just a few minutes–that’s how good they are. I have no idea how they make them, but I’m sure they’re very easy to prepare. So, I did some research and found this recipe from Laura in the Kitchen.

I instantly went out and gathered all the ingredients I needed, including freshly baked bread. Once I got home, I made it right away and was amazed at how incredible it turned out. The flavors burst with each bite–garlic, olive oil, herbs, hot pepper flakes, parmesan, and balsamic vinegar. This might be even better than the ones from my go-to restaurants. If you also love restaurant-style bread dips, I highly suggest this recipe. It won’t disappoint.
Start by finely chopping parsley and grating garlic. You can grate one or two depending on how strong you want the garlic flavor to be.
In a shallow dish, add 1/2 cup of olive oil, grated garlic, one teaspoon of Italian seasoning, chopped parsley, and hot pepper flakes. Adjust the amount of hot pepper flakes depending on your preference.
Add two tablespoons of freshly grated parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
Mix until well combined. Add 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and mix again. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Serve with fresh bread. Enjoy!
