I got so excited about this DIY project! It’s so much fun and the things you can make by doing this are endless!

I’m loving this new technique for turning bits and pieces of fabric into jewelry, buttons, pins, magnets, all sorts of shiny treasures!  It’s easy to do and super-versatile.  I’ll let the images do the talking…and the how-to video!

This is a perfect way to utilize some of those fabulous little scraps we’ve been hanging onto! These make some of the coolest gifts too.

I did this project with my grandkids last weekend. When they come over we always do some kind of DIY project and they’re always asking me what we’re gonna do next! I love that they enjoy doing these fun little projects with me. They get pretty excited about it too.

My granddaughters made the cutest little bracelets. We went to Michael’s and got the chains, rings and clasps to make bracelets before we got started.

This would be a great Brownie or Girl Scout project, so if you’re a troop leader keep this in mind. When I was a Girl Scout troop leader, I was always scrambling for the next project to do with the girls. At that time we didn’t have all of the resources available to us now…like Pinterest and YouTube. We are so lucky to have this available to us today.

Watch how LittleWindowsResin does this in their step by step tutorial and be prepared to have some fun!

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
