Ingredients:
Directions:
Prepare all the needed ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix 1 box of yellow cake mix and 1 tsp cinnamon. Add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil, 3 large eggs, and 1 cup of Fireball whiskey. Mix until everything is well combined. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop some of the cupcake batter into the prepared cupcake liners.
Place the muffin tin in the oven and let the batter bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
To make the fireball frosting, combine 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and the remaining 1/4 cup of fireball whiskey in a separate bowl with a hand mixer. Beat the frosting until smooth texture. Drop some yellow and red food coloring into the frosting mixture and mix. Be careful not to overmix to let the colors remain streaky.
Let the cupcakes cool before frosting and transferring them to a platter.
Pipe the frosting on the cooled cupcakes and garnish each with one hot tamale.
Make sure to enjoy every bite!
