Instructions:
Step 1:
Put the shrimp in a bowl. In another small bowl, mix the dry seasonings: lemon pepper, creole seasoning, paprika, and ground black pepper. Then add to the shrimp. Mix them well until the shrimp is fully coated with the seasonings. Add the cornstarch to add crunch and texture to the shrimp. Mix using your hands.
Step 2:
Place your skillet over heat and drizzle some olive oil. Add some butter and let it melt. Once melted, add the shrimps into the skillet. Do not overcook the shrimp as it will become rubbery. Cook both sides for about 2 minutes. Once done, remove it from the skillet and place it on a plate. Continue cooking the rest of the shrimp, then set aside once done.
Step 3:
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and let it melt. Once melted, add the minced garlic and chopped fresh parsley. As you start smelling the aroma of the garlic, squeeze 1/2 of the lemon. Once the garlic turns golden brown, add the shrimp. Give it a toss with the sauce. For garnish, sprinkle some fresh parsley. Serve on a plate. Enjoy!
