All of us have recently been busy with all those previous holidays, and I must admit that it was tiring, especially when you’re the one hosting the parties. That’s why I thought if there was any way I can save up both money and time with recipes that are easy to make but don’t compromise the taste and quality. At first, I thought that would be difficult to find, not until I stumbled upon this recipe by Six Sisters’ Stuff on YouTube. I was glad when I found out that this tutorial doesn’t only contain one but three kinds of recipes!
Cinnamon Roll French Bake
Ham and Broccoli Breakfast Casserole
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Cinnamon Roll French Bake
Cut the French bread in bout ½ inches thick. Spray your baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer the bottom with a half portion of the sliced bread. Crack the eggs in a bowl then add milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined then pour half of it onto the bread. Layer the remaining bread, then pour the rest of the mixture, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake it at 350°F for about 25 minutes. Gently spread some softened cream cheese on top then serve.

Ham and Broccoli Breakfast Casserole
Cut English muffins and ham into bite-size pieces. Spray your baking dish then put the broccoli, muffin, and ham. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese then gently incorporate. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, paprika, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper, then whisk. Pour the mixture onto the dish, cover it with aluminum foil then pop in the fridge for 20 minutes or overnight. Bake at 375°F for about 45 minutes.
Twice Baked Potato Casserole
Wash the potatoes well if you would like to cook them with their skin on. Put it in a large pot, add water, then boil or pressure cook for around 20 minutes. Once done, drain the water and start mashing the potatoes. Add butter, cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it well then transfer onto a baking dish, spread it evenly then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or up until the cheese has melted.
