Easy and Delicious Potato Pizza

This easy and delicious potato pizza by 1 Minute 3 Ingredient has been my favorite snack this week. I love cheese and potatoes and even more when you combine them. That’s why I was so delighted when I learned about this recipe. It was very easy to prepare and is just very addicting with its gooey melted mozzarella cheese filling. People of all ages will surely enjoy this dish. Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
Ingredients:
- two potatoes
- mozzarella cheese
- 1/6 cup of flour
- salt to taste

Instructions:
Step 1:
Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes. Place in a pan over heat, then pour some water. Let them boil for about 10 minutes. Once done, drain the water and place the potatoes in a bowl.
Step 2:
Mash the potatoes using a potato masher or a fork. Next, add 1/6 cup of flour and salt. Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Form it in a ball then divide it in half. Get one half, form it into a ball, then roll it out on a floured surface. Repeat with the other.
Step 4:
Fill one in the center with cheese, then place the other on top. Pinch the edges to close it. Remove it from your work surface using a flat spatula, then form the edges.
Step 5:
Place a pan over low heat and pour oil. Place the potato dough and flatten it with a spatula. Cook it until golden brown. Flip using a wide spatula. Press it a little bit then add more oil. Fry the other side.
Step 6:
Turn the heat to medium then cook both sides again for a few minutes. You want the cheese to melt. Once done, remove from heat and place on a plate.
Step 7:
Slice, then serve! Enjoy with your friends and family while it’s still warm.
