Ingredients:

  • 6 pounds (2.8 kilograms) Spiral ham, fully cooked
  • Cloves

Glaze

  • 4 tablespoons Butter, unsalted
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup or 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch diluted in 1 tablespoon water

Directions:

Step 1

Line your roasting pan with a sheet of aluminum foil, then place your fully cooked ham, insert cloves all over the slice gap (this step is optional). Cover the with a sheet of aluminum foil and pop in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for about an hour and a half.

Step 2

Place saucepan on medium-high heat then melt the butter before pouring the pineapple juice. Add honey, and brown sugar, then whisk it until fully combined. Bring it to a boil before adding the diluted cornstarch onto the mixture, keep stirring until it thickens. Turn off the heat and let it cool for a bit. Coat the ham with the glaze then bakes uncovered at 425°F for 20 minutes while making sure to glaze at about every 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
