I immediately fell in love with this pattern the first time I saw it. Isn’t it lovely? It will definitely get anyone’s attention. This periwinkle quilt by Missouri Star is one of my favorite designs of all time. It’s a simple block yet gorgeous when sewn together. If you are wondering, this is designed after an antique quilt that Jenny Doan bought from a customer.

Get one charm pack and place your template on top with the peak on the corner. Cut it out using your rotary cutter.
Take one of the wacky web template and glue it on the center.
Get a 6 1/2″ x 5″ rectangle from the contrasting fabric and place it on top of the center piece, using the edge of the middle fabric as the guide. Sew with 1/4″ seam allowance. Repeat on the other side. Iron it flat.
Turn it over, line your ruler with the edge of the paper, and cut the excess. Do the same thing on the other edges of the triangles. Repeat the process to make a total of 4.
Take the paper off from the back of the triangles and sew them together just like in the photo below. Press it flat with your iron.
You need 6 rows with 6 blocks each.
