Making this dessert is incredibly easy as it does not require baking or cooking. No heat required to make this yummy treat! All you need is a hand mixer, a baking dish, a bowl, and a refrigerator. The only hard part is waiting for it to chill, which takes about 2 hours or more. But chilling it overnight will make it taste better. Learn how to make it with mase‘s recipe.
In a cold bowl, add 18 oz of whipping cream and whisk with an electric whisk until soft peaks form.
Add the dulce de leche into a bowl and mix well until smooth. Pour into the whipped cream and whisk until well combined.
Cut a small piece of peppermint chocolate and reserve it for later. Chop the remaining into small pieces, then add to the dulce de leche whipping cream mixture. Mix until well incorporated.
Get a baking dish and add a layer of tennis biscuits at the bottom. Cut the biscuits into pieces if needed.
Pour some of the mixture over the layer of biscuits and spread evenly.
Add the second layer of biscuits, then pour some of the mixture. Spread evenly, especially on the corners. Repeat the same process until all biscuits and mixture are used, finishing with a layer of the mixture.
Shred the reserved mint chocolate and sprinkle on top of the tart.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy!
