- 1 box of refrigerated pie crust
- 2 and 1/2 cups of light corn syrup
- 2 and 1/2 cups of packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of melted butter
- 4 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 6 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 2 cups of chopped pecans
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups of pecan halves
- Vanilla ice cream (for topping, optional, but highly recommended)

You begin by, making your first layer of the cobbler, consisting of a bottom crust and a layer of the caramel pecan filling, and bake in a 450°F oven for 14 to 16 minutes.
