You only need four ingredients to make these peanut butter yogurt bites – Greek yogurt, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, and coconut oil. The maple syrup is optional. If you want it to be on the sweeter side, add it to the mixture. You can also use honey or any sweetener you prefer. For some crunch, try to add some chopped nuts. The Greek yogurt and peanut butter are mixed, scooped, and then frozen. Once frozen, they are coated in a silky melted dark chocolate and then placed back in the freezer to set.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until well combined.
Portion out the mixture using two spoons or cookie scoop and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer and freeze for about 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Melt the dark chocolate with a bit of coconut oil. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Dip each frozen scoop into the melted chocolate. Make sure each one is fully coated. Using a fork, lift it and let the excess chocolate drip off.
While still wet, sprinkle crunchy nuts on top of each coated scoop. Place them back on the prepared baking sheet. Return them to the freezer for a few minutes to set. Serve and enjoy!
