Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 11 oz butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 10 oz packet of mini marshmallows

Directions:

Step 1

In a large pot over medium heat, melt 1/2 cup of salted butter, then add 11 oz of butterscotch chips and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth. Once done, remove it from the heat and let it cool completely. Next, add the mini marshmallows and mix until fully incorporated.

Step 2

Now, line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper, then transfer the marshmallow mixture. Even it out and chill for at least two hours to let it firm. Once done, remove it from the pan and slice it into bite-size pieces. Serve and enjoy!
