I’ve made many peach pies in my time, but I had never heard of peach moonshine until today when my friend sent me this recipe. Since I adore anything containing peach flavored so I knew I had to try it immediately. My sister has some peach bushes and just loaded me down with a small crate of them, so I was super pleased when I found this recipe, now bear in mind this recipe calls for bottled white grape juice, but you can use freshly pressed peach juice as well, but you will want to make sure and add freshly picked peaches to your mixture, whichever you prefer is fine. I started my moonshine by getting all my ingredients together.

- 30-ounces sliced peaches in heavy syrup
- 2 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
- 6-7 cinnamon sticks
- 750 ml. grain alcohol (190 proof Everclear)
- 750 ml. of Peach Schnapps
