It is peach season, which means it’s time to make delicious dessert recipes! Peaches are very sweet with a hint of acidity, making them the perfect fruits this summer. There are so many things you can make with them, like pies, cakes, fruit salads, drinks, and jams, but peach cobblers are my favorite. I use Leigh Anne Wilkes‘ recipe whenever I want to make a small portion.

Cobbler topping:
Start by preheating your oven to 350F, then greasing the bottom of the baking dishes or ramekins. Your container should hold 1 cup of peaches.
Get a saucepan and add the peaches, sugar, pinch of salt, and cinnamon. Mix everything until well combined.
Place the saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook until the peaches are heated through and the sugar has started to caramelize. Divide the peaches equally into the prepared baking dishes.
Get a medium bowl, and add all the cobbler topping–butter, brown sugar, flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Sprinkle the crumble on top of the peaches.
Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the peaches are hot and bubbly and the crumble topping is golden brown.
Once done baking, remove them from the oven and let them stand for 10 to 15 minutes to cool. As it cools, the juice will thicken. Top it with ice cream and enjoy!
