Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. Next, combine the box of cake mix, three eggs, 1 can of peach pie filling (roughly chopped), and 1/2 cup of sour cream. Whisk all together until combined, then transfer it to the prepared baking dish. Spread it out nicely and evenly, then place in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 2

Put one block of cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and whisk using an electric mixer for a minute. Next, add 1 can of crushed pineapple with the juice and 1 box of vanilla instant pudding dry mix. Continue mixing until blended. Next, add 1 tub of Cool Whip and fold until just combined. Back to the cake, remove it from the oven after baking, and let it cool. Once cooled down, add the pineapple mixture over and spread evenly. Place it in the fridge covered for at least an hour before serving.
