This air fryer buffalo chicken pinwheel recipe by Paula Deen on YouTube shows how to use canned crescent rolls to make this snack. You can easily make this ahead of time and store them in the fridge before air frying. It’s one of those recipes that you can make for game night or an appetizer when you have guests over. I love buffalo chicken so this recipe reminds me of buffalo chicken dip but in a pinwheel form. It takes simple ingredients and steps to make these. I’m impressed with how these turned out, and I would love to recreate these at home. Buffalo chicken is one of those combinations that is a hit with a lot of different variations on how to eat it.
First, in a medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, bleu cheese, Lousiana hot sauce, and cheddar cheese. Then, on a lightly floured surface, spread out the crescent roll dough and pinch the interior seams closed. Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto the dough, leaving 1/4 inch borders on all sides, and roll.
