You also don’t need to spend a lot of time in the kitchen making this dish, as it’s ready in less than 30 minutes.

Prepare your stations first. In the first bowl, add 2 eggs and beat well. In the second bowl, add the breadcrumbs. Then grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Note: you can also add the cheese into the breadcrumbs. Just mix 2 parts of breadcrumbs and 1 part parmesan cheese.
Using one hand, dip the fish fillet into the egg wash, then using your other hand, coat it with breadcrumbs. Transfer to the greased baking dish.
Season with garlic salt and pepper. Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds in heatproof bowl, then spoon it over the coated fish fillets. Grate the parmesan cheese on top. Add much cheese as you like.
Bake inside the oven at 425F for 20 minutes.
