With the cold weather here, this is my favorite go-to item when I get home after work and I don’t think you can ever have enough of them. I’ve bought these in the past, but since I saw this tutorial I don’t need to do that any more because they’re incredibly easy to whip out.
I’ve made some really cute pajama pants since I started making these. There are so many awesome fabrics available today and I’ve found some great looking prints that are so much fun. I made a pair that actually has eggs, bacon and toast printed on the fabric. Those are my favorite pair!
I love looking for funky looking fabric with vintage print on it. And, you can put some bright colored rick rack on these to ramp up the cuteness factor the them.
These are great to give as gifts to some of your favorite people. I’ve made a few for friends and they absolutely love them because I pick a fabric that is something that I know they will love.
Does your family have the Christmas pajama tradition too? My grandchildren (and sometimes Mom and Dad) always receive pajamas on Christmas Eve to wear on Christmas day. I will be making flannel pajamas sets for them for Christmas Eve this year.
Pajama pants are the easiest thing to sew in the entire world! So if you do wait till December 24th to start your Christmas sewing, no worries, these come together in no time at all.
