Homemade blackened seasoning:
In a pot, add water, salt, and potatoes. Bring it to a boil, then let it boil for 7 to 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, add one tablespoon of olive oil, blackened seasoning, juice of half of a lemon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Pour the marinade evenly into the salmon. Set aside and preheat the oven to 450F.
Drizzle asparagus with a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Give a quick mix and set it aside.
Add the boiled potatoes to a bowl. Drizzle olive oil. Toss to coat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well.
Take a large sheet pan and line it with parchment paper. Add seasoned salmon fillets in the middle. Make sure to space them evenly. Next, add the asparagus and boiled potatoes to the sides. Try to spread them on a single layer.
