Most of the ingredients you need for this dish are already in your pantry. You will need chicken, pepper, corn flour, garlic, oil, butter, chili, spring onion, soy sauce, lemon juice, and salt. All you need to do is marinate the chicken, fry it, make the sauce, and combine them. That’s how easy it is! Serve it with grilled asparagus, white rice, or green beans.

Cut the boneless chicken into big pieces, then place in a bowl.
Season with 3/4 teaspoons of pepper, salt to taste, 2 teaspoons of corn flour, and 1 teaspoon of minced garlic. Mix until the chicken is well-coated. Cover and set aside for 20 minutes.
Place a pan over heat and add 3 tablespoons of oil. Once hot, add the seasoned chicken and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat. Flip them over then cook the other side for another 7 minutes. Set aside.
Transfer the oil and wipe the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt. Once melted, add 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, chopped green chili, and chopped spring onion. Cook until fragrant.
Add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and mix well. In a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon of corn flour and a little bit of water. Mix until fully dissolved, then add to the sauce. Mix well. Boil for a minute in low heat.
Bring back the cooked chicken and add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix until well coated with the sauce, then turn off the heat.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped onions. Serve and enjoy!
