Today’s featured dish might be just what you’re looking for, posted by Cooking With Claudia on YouTube, where you’ll learn how to prepare honey garlic chicken quickly. Step 1
Season the chicken with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until chicken is full-coated with the seasonings, let it sit for 10 minutes then proceed to cut the other ingredients. In a pan on medium-high heat, put the olive oil and melt the butter, sear the chicken for 3 minutes on one side, turn it over and sear the other side as well for 3 minutes or until the skin turned golden brown. Take out of the pan and set aside.

Step 2
Sautee the onion for 2 minutes before adding the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt to taste, then partially cook the vegetables for 8 minutes or until they turn a bit soft, make sure to stir every 2 minutes to incorporate the flavor at the bottom. Add minced garlic and chopped parsley, stir and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
In a separate pan on medium-high heat, combine the honey, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard, whisk it and cook for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add the seared chicken onto the veggies and pour the sauce all over it. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
