Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Next, add 5 tbsp softened butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 cup cane sugar, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whisk with an electric mixer until combined. Next, add in 1 egg and continue to whisk until smooth. Set it aside. In a food processor, grind 1 cup + 1 tbsp oatmeal and 1/3 cup nuts until just fine. Once done, transfer them to the butter mixture along with 1/3 cup raisins. Mix with a spatula until combined. After this, add 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Continue to mix until the cookie dough forms.
