The smell of freshly baked bread at home is what I look forward to every day and there’s this one recipe I always go back to. This is the no-knead soft and fluffy milk bread by Qiong Cooking on Youtube. It’s super delicious – perfect with coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. What I love most about this recipe is that it’s very easy to make and not complicated at all. Watch the video below for full instructions.

Instructions:
Step 1:
In a large bowl, add 0.9 cups of milk, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of yeast. Stir until well combined.
Step 2:
Add 2 cups of bread flour or all-purpose flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until sticky and a dough forms. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a chopping board and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Remove the cover and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dough. Mix until well incorporated. Cover again and proof for about 1 hour.
Step 4:
Flour your workspace, then transfer the dough. Fold it to make a rectangular shape dough, then divide it into 6 parts.
Step 5:
Form each part into balls. Get one ball and flatten it, then cut it into 4 parts. Form each part into small balls, stick them together, and place them into one of the pockets of a 6-cup jumbo muffin pan. Do the same for the remaining 5 big balls. Cover the muffin pan and final proof for about 40 minutes.
Step 6:
Spread milk on top of the dough. Place in the oven and bake at 365 degrees F for about 15 minutes. After baking, spread butter on top. Transfer the muffins to a cooling rack and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
