Start by cutting the stems of the strawberries, then dice them into small pieces.
Place the strawberries in a zip-top bag and add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar. Shake until well coated with sugar. Place in the refrigerator.
Add 1 pack of graham crackers to a food processor and blend to crush. If you don’t have a food processor, you can use a zip-top bag and crush using a rolling pin.
In a bowl, add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and whisk until it thickens. Place in the fridge.
In a different bowl, add 8 oz of cream cheese, 2 cups of powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to the bowl of whipped cream. Fold until well combined.
Get a cup and add some crushed graham crackers. Press it down to form a crust.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag, then add a layer on top of the crust. Smoothen it out.
Add a layer of strawberries, then another layer of cream cheese. Top it with more strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
