Ingredients:

  • 14.4 oz graham crackers
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 14 oz condensed milk
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 20 oz pineapple slices
  • 20 pcs. chopped almond nuts
  • 10 pcs. candied cherries, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

In a bowl, add 16 oz of cooled whipped cream, 16 oz of sour cream, and 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Next, add 20 oz of crushed pineapple, 20 oz of chopped pineapple slices (keep some pieces for garnish), and chopped almonds. Continue to mix it.

Step 2

Take a baking dish and lay down the graham crackers at the bottom. After arranging the graham crackers, dump in the pineapple mixture and spread it evenly, and flatten out the surface nicely. Top it with the remaining pineapple slices, cherries, and almonds. Close it with a lid or aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
