You don’t need an oven to make this yummy pineapple dream dessert by Joanne Pimentel. It”s sweet, tart, and creamy. Ingredients
For the graham cracker crust:
- 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (about 12 graham cracker sheets)
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter (melted)
For the pineapple cream:
- 8 oz bar of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter (softened)
- 1 to 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (drain the juice well)
- 8 oz container cool whip

Instructions
Step 1:
Get a large bowl and add 1 1/2 cups of graham crackers crumbs, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Transfer the crumb mixture to the bottom of a 9 by 9 baking dish. Spread evenly and press down with a spoon to form an even crust. Once done, place it inside the refrigerator while you make the pineapple cream filling.
Step 3:
In a medium mixing bowl, add 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup of softened butter. Mix until well combined. Next, add 1 to 2 cups of powdered sugar, then mix again.
Step 4:
Add the drained crushed apple to the cream cheese mixture and fold until well incorporated.
Step 5:
Add 8 oz of cool whip and mix until well combined.
Step 6:
Take the crust from the refrigerator. Add the cool whip cream cheese mixture into the crust and spread evenly with a spatula or the back of the spoon. Place in the refrigerator and chill for a few hours or overnight.
Step 7:
Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
