No-bake peanut butter oat bars? Stop already, you had me at “No-Bake”! Wow, what an easy and delicious snack! I love any kind of breakfast bar or cookie made in the oven, don’t get me wrong, but I find baking in the oven can get my house a little hot. So when I saw this no-bake peanut butter oat bar recipe on Youtube by Clean And Delicious, I really wanted to make them right away. The oat bar ingredients were super basic and most I already had in the cupboard. After I made this no-bake peanut butter oat bars, I was in complete shock at how easy they were. Literally two steps dry ingredients and wet ingredients and you are done! did I mention how delicious they were? Oh my, they are so tasty and healthy, I cannot recommend this recipe enough, my kids love them and also love to join in making them too. I was so happy to have another storable healthy snack to store in the refrigerator that the family could grab if they needed a quick snack as well.

  • 1/2 cup dried chopped cranberries (raisins, dried cherries, or dried blueberries will also work well)
