Oreo is one of my favorite cookies of all time, and there are so many recipes out there that consist of it. This no-bake Oreo pudding dessert by Anisha Recipe on Youtube only requires 5 ingredients. The best part of no-bake recipes is they usually are fast and easy to make. It would be so worth making this dessert if I’m craving something sweet because it wouldn’t take much of my time. I spend so many hours in the kitchen baking things from scratch, so I think adding this to my dessert list would be perfect. This Oreo pudding dessert reminds me of mousse with the creamy consistency. Also, I can see how this dessert can be gone quickly because pudding is so easy to eat.
First, blend 20 Oreos in a food processor and divide it into 2 equal parts. Add 2 tbsp of melted butter to the crushed Oreos and mix well. Spread the Oreo mixture evenly onto a large baking dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Next, make the Oreo filling for the pudding and the chocolate ganache by watching Anisha Recipe on Youtube. Top off the pudding with Oreo cookies, and freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
The Oreo filling and chocolate ganache look so soft and I love how easy it is to make. I love there are no eggs required to make this dessert, and this can be vegan-friendly if you use vegan ingredients. Oreos are already vegan, so you can just substitute the other ingredients.
This is a great recipe for those that love Oreos and chocolate. I think it’s convenient to make because I normally have these ingredients in my house already.
