  • orange food color (optional)

For the milk mixture:

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

Directions:

Step 1

Cut two oranges and squeeze out 1/2 cup worth of fresh orange juice. (Don’t forget to strain the pulp.) Next, put the 1/2 cup of orange juice into a saucepan followed by 1 cup of water, 3 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp agar. Stir constantly and bring it to a boil, then let it boil for five minutes. (You can add orange food color at this point if you like.) After this, pour it into a baking dish and place it in the fridge. Leave it for 20 minutes or until set.
